Free Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and above.  We offer many shipping options. Our standard shipping method is First Class Mail. Our products are shipped from South Carolina and require a processing time is of 1-3 business days(separate from shipping time). Packages are typically delivered within 3-5 days after processing. 

A tracking number is generated once the order has been processed & packed. Please check your order at any time to see the status of your items. All orders are assigned a tracking number so you can check the transit time once it leaves our facility.

Insurance is NOT included in the shipping price unless it is selected at the time of check out. If your items are lost in transit or damaged during delivery we are not liable unless the package is insured.

If the item is marked delivered then it is considered to be successfully delivered and we are not responsible to refund or reship the item.

We ship to the address that you provide. If that address is incorrect and the package has been shipped to it, we are not liable to reship. Please check the shipping address before you submit your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin’ on your return.


  • If you need to return your order or a portion of your order for any reason, please email customer service.
  • All orders are applicable for refunds within the first 30 days. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 day refund period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as when you received it, along with it’s original packaging. We do not accept returns for custom orders.
  • All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee regardless of return reason unless it is an error on our part or product defect.
  • Shipping and handling is not refunded for any reason.
  • Return postage is not provided or refunded.
  • Exchanges are to be of equal or lesser value.


  • The product must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If the item you purchased isn’t quite right, simply email us to get a RMA number and exchange instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping.($2.99)
